Food Inc, still chubby and putting my hands in peoples mouths.....yes?

Ok so i just got done watching Food Inc and seriously it's amazing what you don't know. I have decided that i'm going to do my best to avoid meat or buy organic, no more fast food ever!!! and all in all pay attention to what shit i put in my mouth!

So i went to the site and there are a few things you can do so i'm gonna have some rules....yes i suck at rules but fuck you, you do too

                                   1. meatless mondays
                                   2. Avoid sugary drinks like soda
                                   3.Try to eat at home as much as possible

i know it's stuff we've all said but seriously it's scary to see what they do to our food and how our safety doesn't matter as long as they are making the money. Dude i get it, i want money too but seriously i'd like to not die from ecoli in the process.please and thank you!!

So starting tomorrow little sara is not so much boycotting as actively paying attention to the shit she buys and shoves in her chubby little mouth. I know that i'm only one person but really it's not so much as saying FUCK you big meat/sugar/corn/processed food companies as it is saying i don't want to die from random, unknown shit that i may eat thinking it's ok because there are government agencies regulating things.....not sure if ya'll know but uh.....they aren't regulating very well . This is not to say i'm becoming a vegetarian and i'll never have another hostess cupcake again BUT i will be limiting them as much as possible or finding better alternatives as not to support the horribleness that is the big food guys.....just sayin man just sayin


Ok i've hopped off my box.....

So yeah still chubby but am working on that as noted above ha! and, AND i start school on the 28th for dental assistant so i'll be shoving my hands in people's mouths.....you're welcome :) Luckily i'll have gloves for this so i won't have to touch the real nastyness that is peoples mouths.....nasty wenches!
